GENERAL T&C'S

Your booking is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received, without payment our availability on the date may be given to another client.

 

The balance of the invoice is due in full no later than 7 days prior to the date your cake is required.

 

Our method of payment is via direct deposit or online payment. All pricing provided is inclusive of GST.

 

Most cakes require non-edible items (flowers, dowels, boards, wires etc.) to maintain stability, these must be removed prior to serving.

 

We do not take responsibility for any cake damages occurring after pickup or delivery to the venue, including cool rooms.

ADJUSTMENTS TO CAKE FLAVOURS/DESIGN

​Adjustments to your order, including flavour choices, can be made up until 2 weeks prior to the event date. Following this cutoff date, we may be unable to accommodate any further alterations.

 

Changes to the cake design after this time frame may result in total price changes.

 

We strive to deliver the exact flavour, filling, decoration, size, colour, shape, and design discussed. However, the creation of cakes and other desserts is an art form and may be subject to variations.

 

Honey & Rose Cakes aims to match colour swatches/inspirations, although a 100% perfect match isn’t always possible and colours may vary slightly.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation with more than 7 days notice

  • All requests for cancellation must be made in writing.

  • If for any reason you need to postpone your event, please contact me immediately. Your new date may or may not be available, but I will try to accommodate you wherever possible. If the new date of your event is available, all monies paid will be transferred to the new date without penalty.  

 

In the event of cancellation with less than 7 days notice

  • The full amount of your cake is payable.  No refund or credit will be given.
