Frequently Asked Questions
Can I pickup my order?
Yes, you can pick up your order from our bakery cafe located at 65a Gloucester Road, Hurstville, NSW. Pickup is available any time between 7 AM and 2 PM. You can schedule your preferred time for collection when placing your order, and we will have your cake ready for you.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer Sydney-wide delivery for your convenience. Simply enter your delivery address at checkout, and the cost will be calculated. We deliver using a refrigerated van to ensure your cake arrives in perfect condition.
An experienced delivery driver will also be available to set up your cake if it's being delivered at the start of your event. If your event is later in the day, your cake will be placed in the venue’s fridge upon arrival.
How do I transport my cake?
We recommend transporting your cake on the floor of your vehicle, preferably on the front seat. Drive cautiously and avoid sharp turns to keep the cake steady.
It is also essential to keep the air-conditioning on in your car to maintain a cool temperature during transport.
Please note that Honey & Rose Cakes is not responsible for any damage to your cake once it leaves our premises. Ensure you collect your cake within 30 minutes of the agreed pick-up time, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Do you take orders for custom cakes?
Yes, we absolutely do! If you have a custom cake request or want a unique design, feel free to get in touch with us via the custom cake enquiry form located at the top of our menu. We will respond to your enquiry as quickly as possible and look forward to discussing your custrom cake
Do you offer cake sample boxes?
Yes, we offer cake sample boxes several times a year for $40. Each box includes 6 flavour combinations that you can pick up from our Hurstville bakery.
The dates for our sample boxes are announced on our Instagram page, so be sure to follow us to stay updated!
What buttercream cake flavours do you offer?
We offer a variety of buttercream cake flavours including Vanilla, Chocolate Mud, White Chocolate Mud, Dark Chocolate Mud, Caramel Mud, Raspberry & White Chocolate Mud, and Lemon & Poppyseed.
What buttercream fillings do you offer?
We offer several delicious buttercream filling options, including Vanilla, Chocolate, Nutella, Caramel, Lotus Biscoff, White Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, and Mascarpone.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
Yes, most of our cake flavours can be made gluten-free. However, since our kitchen contains allergenic foods, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of gluten traces.
We take extra precautions to avoid cross-contamination, but customers with severe allergies should exercise caution when ordering.
